KOINONIA

Every Sunday evening, Houghton Wesleyan Church brings Houghton students together in the Wesley Chapel for an hour of praise and worship. Students love it and many participate in music on stage.

SHENAWANA

One of the two guys dorms on campus. It was recently renovated.

My brother lives in this dorm and loves it - he can't wait to move back in next year.

THE QUAD

Houghton Campus buildings are mainly situated around the quad. This view from the Chapel looks out across the quad where people get together to study or play flag football.

IN FRONT OF GILLETTE HALL

After all the snow has finally melted, the whole campus mingles as much as possible outside to finally enjoy the beautiful weather right before finals!

LOCAL MUSIC

Down at the coffeeshop, many bands that were formed during Houghton years put their CDs in the shop to be sold. CAB sponsored many of the artists to perform this past year.

Driving around the Houghton area, there are plenty of amazing views from hilltops.

ADVANCED PHOTOGRAPHY

Houghton is a small school - but that can often be a good thing.

In my advanced photography class, there are only six of us - which means more time spent with the professor and a great informal atmosphere.

For our first assignment we had to turn in examples of a constructed environment.
