GLOW BOWLING

Twenty minutes down the road there is a fantastic bowling alley. On Friday nights they spice it up a bit, and glow bowling we go..!

FIELD OF DREAMS

Near the cross country trails, there are a few soccer fields. We definitely beat another outdoor soccer intramural team here the other afternoon.. though I don't think it had anything to do with my poor ball handling skills.. good fun though!

CORN FIELDS

A beautiful day, for a gorgeous walk around the cross country trail. The trail happens to go around a corn field, so we had a little fun.. or at least I did. Apparently there are a ton of spider webs in corn fields.. ick.

JADON LAVIK COFFEEHOUSE

Houghton brings in a few artists a year to come and play. Jadon Lavik recently came and did a great job! A student, Steve Woolsey, played before he came on - and both were amazing! It was definitely packed at the campus center!

THE COFFEE SHOP

One of the most popular hang out spots in Houghton, the coffee shop is located in the campus center where they have tremendous drinks, awesome atmosphere and a great place to meet friends.. and maybe study!

Okay, so back at school.. back to mess. Some days are crazy and there is no time to pick up a thing, but don't worry, my room no longer looks like this - there is a little time once in awhile to pick it all up and be neat..!

SOCCER GAME

Fall semester is all about the soccer season. At least twice a week there are games for students to enjoy going to. Our girls played against Roberts' Wesleyan and won, 2-0!!
